Booking a service

Booking on Book A Sloth takes a minute, and you don't need an account to do it.

How to book

1. Open the host's page (their link looks like bookasloth.com/their-name) and pick the service you want.
2. Choose a date and time from the slots shown. Only times the host is actually free will appear.
3. Enter your details. If you're not signed in, we'll send a 6-digit code to your phone (by WhatsApp and email) to confirm it's you.
4. Pay for the service. Once payment goes through, your booking is confirmed and you get a confirmation by WhatsApp and email.

Do I need to pay?

If the service has a price, yes — you pay when you book, so the slot is yours and confirmed on the spot. A small booking fee (plus GST) is added at checkout on top of the service price.

If the host offers the service for free, there's no payment step — the booking confirms straight away.

Why can't I pick a certain time?

The times you see are the host's available slots: their working hours, minus anything already booked or blocked. If a slot you wanted is gone, someone booked it first — pick another time or try a different day.

Where do I see my booking?

Everything you've booked lives on your My Bookings page. Sign in any time with your phone number to view, reschedule, or cancel.
