Buying and downloading digital products

Some hosts sell digital products — guides, templates, recordings — alongside their bookable services.

How to buy

Open the product on the host's page and complete the purchase. If it's a paid product, you pay through the same secure checkout as a booking. After payment, you get a download link — by confirmation message and on the purchase page.

Downloading

Your download link lets you download the file up to 3 times. Save the file somewhere safe once you've got it, so you don't burn through the downloads re-fetching it.

"Download limit reached" or "link expired"

• Limit reached (3 downloads): the link has been used its 3 times.
• Link expired: download links can expire after a while.

In either case, ask the host to re-issue a fresh link. If you can't reach them, contact us from the Help page with your purchase details.
