Getting paid — earnings and payouts

How earnings work

When a guest pays for a booking, the money is collected through the platform and added to your earnings. You can see your balance and every transaction under Earnings in your dashboard.

On paid plans, we take 0% commission — you keep the full service price. On the free Starter plan, a small commission applies per booking. The exact figures are on the pricing page. A separate payment-gateway fee (Razorpay's, not ours) also applies.

Requesting a payout

Once you've earned enough, request a payout from Earnings → Payouts. The minimum payout is ₹100. Our team reviews the request and marks it paid once the transfer is done. You can track the status — pending, approved, or paid — on the same page.

Make sure your payout bank details are filled in, or a payout can't be sent.

Why is my payout delayed?

A payout needs a request first, then review before it's released — it isn't instant. Check the request status and that your bank details are complete. If it's stuck longer than expected, reach us from the Help page with your payout request details.

Do I add my own payment gateway?

No. Payments run on the platform's own secure checkout — you don't connect your own keys. Guests pay through it, and you receive your earnings as payouts.
