Payments run through Razorpay, one of India's most widely used and RBI-regulated payment gateways — the same rails behind UPI, netbanking, and card payments you already use. We never store your card details.

Every payment is confirmed securely on our servers before a booking is marked as paid — a booking that shows confirmed has genuinely been paid for. That protects both sides: guests aren't charged for something that didn't confirm, and hosts can trust that "paid" means paid.

The price you agree to is locked in

The price shown when you book is locked at that moment. If a host changes their prices later, it never changes what you already booked and paid — so there's a clear record and no billing surprises.

Your data

Your account and booking information are used to run your bookings and send you confirmations — not sold. See the privacy policy for the full detail on what's collected and how it's handled.

Something looks wrong

If you ever see a charge you don't recognize or a booking that doesn't look right, contact us from the Help page with the details and we'll investigate — payment discrepancies are treated as a priority, not a routine query.
