Selling digital products

Alongside bookable services, you can sell digital products — guides, templates, recordings, anything that's a file.

Add a product

In your dashboard, go to Products, upload your file, and set a price (or make it free). It then appears on your page for guests to buy.

When someone buys, they get a secure download link automatically. Each link allows up to 3 downloads and can expire after a while, so buyers are encouraged to save the file once they have it.

How many products can I sell?

The number of digital products depends on your plan — the free tier includes a small number, and paid plans include more, up to unlimited on the top tier. See the pricing page.

A buyer says their link expired or hit the limit

Re-issue a fresh download link for them from your Products area. Links are capped at 3 downloads on purpose; a new link resets that.

Upload won't go through

Files have a size cap. If an upload is rejected, check the file size and that it's a supported file, then try again. Reach us from the Help page if it keeps failing.
