Updating your details

Your name, email, and phone number live on your Profile page. Sign in with your phone number, open Profile, and edit them there.

Keeping your email and phone current matters — that's where your booking confirmations and reminders go.

Stopping marketing emails

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it, or visit the unsubscribe page, to opt out. You can resubscribe any time.

Unsubscribing stops marketing and newsletter emails. You'll still get essential messages about your actual bookings — confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices — because those are about services you booked, not promotions.

Deleting your account

If you want your account removed, contact us from the Help page and we'll handle it — this isn't something we do automatically, so a real person will confirm it with you first.
