Your link

Your username is your public booking link: bookasloth.com/your-name. It's what you share with clients, and it's how guests find your page and services.

Pick something clean and recognizable — usernames are at least 3 characters, and use letters, numbers, or hyphens.

Changing your username

You can change your username, but it's deliberately limited so your link stays stable for the people who've saved it:

• You can change it at most twice per year.
• Your WhatsApp number must be verified to make a change.
• Once you release a username, it's retired and can't be reused — by you or anyone else.

Change it from your dashboard Profile. If you've hit the yearly limit or changed it very recently, you'll be asked to wait before changing again.

"Why can't I change my username?"

Usually one of the above: your WhatsApp isn't verified yet, or you've already used your changes for the year. Verify WhatsApp first, and check whether you've changed it recently.
