Booking notifications

Confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations go out automatically by WhatsApp and email — to you and to your guest — whenever a booking changes. Nothing to set up; it happens on every booking.

For these to land, keep your WhatsApp number verified and your guests' contact details correct.

Reminders before a session

Automated reminders go out before a session to cut down no-shows. How many reminder points you get depends on your plan:

• The free tier doesn't include automated reminders.
• Host+ includes a reminder before the session.
• Studio includes the full set of reminders.

Badges and verification

Badges appear on your public page to build trust. Most are awarded automatically as you hit milestones — this runs on a schedule, so a newly earned badge can take a little while to show up. Some badges are awarded by our team.

If a badge you expected hasn't appeared, give it some time first. For verification questions, reach us from the Help page.
