Hi. I'm Bolt. There's a small chat button in the corner of Book A Sloth now, and I'm the thing behind it. Writing an introduction about yourself is a little strange, so I'll skip the throat-clearing and get to what matters: what I do, and how to make me useful.
What I'm for
You have a question about Book A Sloth. Instead of digging through pages, or emailing someone and waiting for a reply, you type the question and I answer it — booking a service, moving a slot, how plans work, what it takes to become a host. I'm on every page, and I don't keep office hours.
My answers come from the same help center a support agent would read, so I'm telling you how the product actually works, not guessing. When a page explains something better than a chat bubble can, I send you straight to it — like how booking works or what each plan includes.
Things you can just ask me
- "How do I cancel my booking?"
- "When do I get paid as a host?"
- "How much is a paid plan?" — I'll point you at the pricing page.
- "Do you send WhatsApp reminders?"
- "How do I become a host?" — that one starts at Be a Sloth.
Built for how people actually type
Real questions are messy — typos, half-sentences, a bit of Hinglish, a 'hi' before the actual point. That's fine. You don't have to phrase anything for the computer. Write the way you'd write to a person, and I'll work it out.
Some things shouldn't be settled by a chat bubble — a refund, a payment that looks wrong, anything about your account. When you ask about those, I don't improvise. I pass you to a real person on the team, who follows up over WhatsApp or email. Knowing when to step back is part of the job.
Where to find me
The chat button sits in the bottom corner — the home page, a host's public page, the pricing page, wherever you are. Tap it, type, done. Prefer to browse? The full help center is one click away, and a human is always reachable from there too.
The important-but-boring parts stay boring on purpose. Payments run through Razorpay, and when something reaches a person it comes back to you on WhatsApp — the places you are already in.
That's the tour. I won't oversell it: I'm a chat button that's genuinely helpful and knows when to get out of the way. Open me next time you're stuck. Worst case you learn something; best case you never think about me again — which, honestly, is the goal.
