Pick your colour, pick your door, and a booking flow that stopped being rude to guests

Your booking page can now look like you instead of like everyone else. Hosts and guests get their own front doors. And the booking flow learned some manners.

A booking page is a storefront, and for a while every storefront on Book A Sloth wore the same coat of paint. Functional, sure. But a tattoo artist and a tax consultant projecting identical energy is a missed opportunity for both of them, and honestly a little unfair to the tattoo artist.

Themes that look like you

Hosts now get plan-tiered theme palettes, colour schemes that carry through your service page so it reads as yours before a guest has read a single word. Higher tiers unlock more palettes and finer control. It is the difference between renting a bare stall and decorating a shop you are proud to stand in.

Two doors, on purpose

We split login into two clear entrances. Guests come in through a WhatsApp one-time code: phone number, quick code, done. Hosts have their own dedicated door. No more single confusing lobby where everyone mills about unsure which button is theirs. Booking? Go left. Hosting? Go right. It reads in a second, which is all the attention anyone gives a login screen.

A booking flow with manners

The booking flow got warmer end to end: friendlier copy, a cleaner confirmed-booking layout, and an instant return from payment instead of that unnerving pause where a guest wonders whether their money just evaporated. Reminders are smarter too, plan-gated, with a last-minute catch-up so the “your session is soon” nudge lands while it is still useful and not the morning after.

Even the error pages apologise properly now

The “something broke” and offline screens got a redesign too. If a product is going to fail on you, it can at least fail on-brand instead of showing you a stack trace and running away.

Go recolour your page. Two minutes, and it stops looking like a template and starts looking like a decision you made. Guests notice decisions, even when they could not tell you why they trusted the page. Make yours yours.
