Nobody starts a service business excited about tax invoices. And then a corporate client asks for one with a valid GSTIN, your beautiful product has no way to produce it, and suddenly the thing standing between you and the payment is a PDF. So we built the quiet, load-bearing feature instead of another shiny one.

GST invoices your CA will nod at

There is now a billing-details layer and real GST tax invoices: serial numbers that do not skip, the correct SAC code, your GSTIN on the document, all of it filed the way the GST system expects. If your guest needs to claim input credit, they can. If you need clean books, you have them. It is the difference between “here is a screenshot of a payment” and “here is an invoice,” and that difference is an entire finance team’s afternoon.

KYC, a real way to get verified

Getting paid on a platform means the platform has to know you are a real person and not a very committed hobby. Hosts can now go through a full KYC flow end to end: submit your documents, they are encrypted properly (AES-256, stored in a private bucket, not floating around in a spreadsheet), a human reviews them, and payouts unlock once you are approved.

Why payouts wait on it

Payouts are held until KYC clears, on purpose. It is the seatbelt you never think about until the single day it matters, and by then it is too late to add one.

The mobile rebuild

We rebuilt the host experience on mobile as a proper design system: Bookings, Payouts, Dashboard, the whole set, instead of a desktop layout squinting to fit a phone. If you run your business from a six-inch screen in the gaps between other things, this is the update you feel every single day, even if you cannot point at one thing that moved.

A few more things landed nearby: a public contact form that reaches support without you hunting for an email address, a set of feature pages that finally explain what the product does, and dedicated landing pages for specific professions, from lawyers to doctors to salons to fitness coaches. A physiotherapist and a wedding DJ should not have to read the same homepage, so now they do not.

If you have been putting off verification because it smelled like paperwork, it is a few taps now. Do it before the booking where a payout is sitting there waiting on it. Start here.
