Recurring meeting
A recurring meeting is a meeting that repeats on a fixed pattern, such as every Tuesday at 6 pm or the first Monday of each month. It is set up once and then appears on every matching date until it ends or is cancelled.
Why recurring meeting matters
A lot of one-to-one work runs on a rhythm: weekly therapy, twice-weekly tuition, monthly check-ins with a coach or CA. A fixed slot helps clients build a habit and helps you plan your week. In a calendar app a recurring event is a series, and you can change one occurrence without touching the rest.
Recurring slots need the same care as one-off bookings: payment, reminders, and a plan for missed weeks and holidays. Decide upfront whether clients pay per session or for a block, what happens to a session that falls on Diwali, and how much notice a client gives to skip a week.
Book A Sloth books one session at a time. It does not create a repeating series or bill clients automatically. Clients rebook their usual slot from your link and pay for each session upfront. On Sloth Active, follow-up messages invite clients to book again after a session, and your client list shows who has not booked in a while.
Example
A Delhi client in weekly counselling books the following Wednesday at 7 pm from her counsellor's link at the end of each session and pays by UPI, keeping the same slot week after week.

Book A Sloth turns these into one link: a booking page with upfront payment over UPI, GST invoices and automatic reminders.
